Actualization Affirmation Meditation
In this Meditation, Actualization Affirmations will be used to Focus Attention on these new habits and new beliefs. This Meditation can be done anytime, but we recommend doing it before bed, or as you're drifting off to sleep. As we explain the Binaural Beats below, it also helps that in this State before sleep, you are in a brainwave state of Theta with direct access to your subconcious mind. As the Statements are read, it is as if your mind and body already believe these Statements to be true.
Binaural Beats are utilized to access the Subconcious Mind by shifting your brain to a brainwave state that allows for belief in this new version of you as your body and mind come together to create this new Upgraded you.
