...Gratitude

I recently heard the front end of the title of the podcast on a podcast with Jimmy Carr. A very well-thought-out comedian.

I thought to expand it to gratitude. In true gratitude, we are moving towards love and we are in a state of plenty.

When we’re content, we can oftentimes feel as though a place of stasis is ok. But ok leaves so much to be desired.

One might say content is when our nervous system is at rest. And what a gift. This is where we can truly feel gratitude and manifest what it is we truly desire.
